Consumer purchases are protected by the applicable legal guarantee of conformity. This is separate from our 30-day commercial return offer and does not require buying an additional guarantee.

EU legal guarantee: at least two years of protection for faulty goods, with repair, replacement, price reduction or refund under the applicable legal conditions.
