Orders are typically processed within 4–6 business days. During collection launches or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to minimum customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by the destination country.

Failed Delivery

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the parcel, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.
